Greg is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Return. A veteran entrepreneur, Greg exited his first startup through acquisition by Omnicom (OMC, NYSE). He served as EVP of the Global Technology Practice at Weber Shandwick until founding Return in 2019. At the helm of Return, the company was recognized in 2022 by as a top-20 standout tech company in Baltimore. Outside of the office, Greg is an avid skier and spends as much time as possible with family and friends.

As Return’s Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer, Tracey is focused on positive customer experiences that fuel business success. Prior to joining Return, she founded and grew an award-winning digital agency, Fastspot, where she worked with clients such as Yale University, ConocoPhillips, the International Spy Museum, Johns Hopkins, and Brown University. Tracey also led the creation and evolution of the content management system, BigTree. In her free time she enjoys painting in her studio, writing and consulting for other agencies and startups run by underrepresented founders.
